Hide folder in windows using Command Prompt...

This trick is very useful to hide your folder without using any software. Main thing is that for unhide that folder you have to use command prompt only. Hidden folder will not be visible by using "Tools-->> Folder Options -->> view -->> Show hidden files and Folders". So no one can Unhide your folder without you.


1) Click on Start Button in taskbar and type CMD press Enter.(CMD gets open)
2) Now Type "attrib +s +h E:new /s /d" (change your path instead of E:new)(Do not type " ")
3) After press Enter.
4) Now refresh the computer and you will see your folder gets invisible.

5) Now Type "attrib -s -h E:new /s /d" (change your path instead of E:new)(Do not type " ")
6) After press Enter.
7) Now refresh the computer and you will see your folder gets visible.

How to Hide Drive without any Software(Using CMD)

There are lots of software's available to hide drive, but today I am gonna give u simple trick that How to hide drive without ay software.It works for all versions of windows.

1) Click on Start Button in taskbar and type CMD press Enter.(CMD gets open)
2) Type diskpart in CMD and press Enter.
3) Type list volume press Enter.

4) Now select Drive which u want to hide.
     Type select volume 4  if u want to hide volume 4.
5) Type remove letter D (You should type your volume letter instead D).

  

6) The drive will now get hidden.(If not restart your computer).

 How to Unhide Hidden Drive without any Software(Using CMD)

To Unhide the Drive follow step 1 to 4 as above.

7)Type assign letter D (You should type your volume letter instead D).

6) The drive will now get Unhide.(If not restart your computer).
